Super Admin
Platform owner level access for companies, subscriptions, security and cross-tenant monitoring.

Granular RBAC roles for day-to-day event operations.
- Event Manager: event creation, setup, invitations

- Check-in Staff: QR/mobile check-in and badge print
- Report Viewer: reports only, no write access
How the product works
A new company workspace is created automatically with a unique slug and a primary admin account.
The company buys or renews a plan. Event creation and new registrations are allowed only when an active subscription exists.
The company admin or super admin creates an event, sets the form, branding, dates and registration window.
Attendees open the public link, fill the dynamic form, receive a QR code, and can later check registration status.
Team members manage contacts, invitations, check-in, badge printing, participants and reports from the same event workspace.
The platform owner can view all companies, events, revenue, audits and company-level reports from one central console.

- •Optional S3/file-storage upgrade can be done later for larger production use
- •BullMQ/Redis queueing is available as a future hardening step for high-volume notification jobs
